Responsibilities:

1. Reception:

• Welcome visitors, answer phone calls and redirect them efficiently.
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and parcels.
• Maintain an orderly and professional reception environment.

2. Administrative Support:

• Coordinate and assign transportation to ensure distribution of finished product.
• Manages invoices and delivery notes.
• Comply with good environmental practices, as well as the application of environmental management guidelines in the company.
• Ensure compliance with the delivery deadlines of orders to customers.
• Receive and attend to customers.
• Comply with good environmental practices, as well as the application of environmental management guidelines in the company.
• Communicate in English both on the phone and in writing to serve international clients and collaborators.

Requirements

1. Education: High school degree or equivalent. Education related to administration will be a plus.

2. Experience: Previous experience in reception or administrative roles, knowledge of transportation and logistics is desirable.

3. Essential skills:

• Communication in English medium
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of office tools, such as Microsoft Office.

4. Attitude: Friendliness, internal and external customer orientation and a positive attitude are essential for success in this position.
