    BAUX Group is looking for a Shift Manager for the Operations Department at its factory in Segorbe.

    DUTIES
    Reporting to the head of production, he or she will be in charge of managing and coordinating available productive resources during his or her shift in order to efficiently deliver the planned production schedules. He or she will coordinate the production, maintenance, quality and storage areas, ensuring compliance with the standards required in terms of discipline, security, hygiene, environmental management and costs.

    REQUIREMENTS

    We are looking for someone with a bachelor degree in industrial engineering or equivalent studies, a working knowledge of English and a willingness to work shifts from Monday to Sunday. Prior experience in industrial environments and familiarity with lean manufacturing tools are a plus.
